1. Price Exclusions: Please note that all prices mentioned above are exclusive of 13% VAT.
2. Flexible Cleaning Supplies Option: We offer flexibility in our service options. You can choose whether to include cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment. Based on your selection, we will either provide only trained staff or staff along with the required cleaning supplies.
3. Supervision: We provide regular supervision as per your requirements to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
4. Employee Identification: Our office cleaners wear proper uniforms and carry company-issued identity cards for easy identification and security.
5. Absentee Replacement Guarantee: In case a cleaner is absent on scheduled working days, we guarantee a prompt replacement to ensure uninterrupted service and customer satisfaction.
6. Additional Cooking Services & Pricing:
- The provided rates cover standard cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, general cleaning, and tea/coffee preparation.
- If cooking services are required, an additional charge will apply to the salary:
- For 1-10 employees: + NPR 3,000
- For 10-20 employees: + NPR 4,000
- For 20-50 employees: + NPR 8,000
- For 50+ employees: + NPR 10,000
