What Does Our Maid Service in Kathmandu Include?

Our standard maid service covers the three core daily household needs:

Maid Service Terms and Conditions

First Party: Customer Company: Namaste Nepal Cleaning Services & Suppliers | Maid Department

1. Loss or Theft: The Company is not responsible if items go missing in your home. However, if the client has clear evidence, we will assist with the legal process.
2. Accidents: The client is responsible for any accidents that occur on their premises while the maid is working.
3. Misbehaviour: If a maid leaves due to mistreatment by the client, the Company will not provide a replacement and the booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
4. Payment: The maid’s monthly salary and any applicable benefits must be paid to the Company at the end of each month.
5. Booking Fee:

• 6-Month Booking: Rs 3,000
• 1-Year Booking: Rs 5,000

6. Booking Period & Replacements:

• Under a 1-year booking, the client may replace the maid up to 4 times.
• Under a 6-month booking, the client may replace the maid up to 2 times.

7. Replacement Notice: Clients must inform the Company 15–20 days in advance if they wish to replace their maid.
8. Non-Refundable Fee: The booking fee becomes non-refundable once the service has commenced.
9. Legal Issues: The Company is not liable for any legal disputes that may arise during or after the service period.
10. Safety: The client is responsible for ensuring the maid’s safety and wellbeing while on the client’s premises.
11. Documents: The Company retains the maid’s original documents and provides the client with photocopies for verification.
12. Trial Period: A 7-day trial is available. If the client is unsatisfied within 7 days, a new maid will be assigned within one week.
13. Agreement: Signing the service agreement constitutes acceptance of all Company policies.
14. Timing: Service hours are as confirmed in the agreement. Clients may not request additional hours from the maid beyond the agreed schedule.
