Maid Service Terms and Conditions
First Party: Customer
Company: Namaste Nepal Cleaning services & suppliers | Maid Depart
- Loss or Theft: The Company is not responsible if anything gets lost or stolen in your house.
- Accidents: You are responsible for any accidents that happen while the cleaner is working in your house.
- Misbehavior: If the cleaner leaves because they were treated badly, the Company will not send a replacement.
- Payment: You need to pay the cleaner’s salary and other benefits to the Company at the end of each month.
- Booking Fee:
- Hourly cleaner: Rs 3000
- Live-in cleaner: Rs 5000
- Booking Period: The booking is valid for one year. You can replace the cleaner up to three times in one year.
- Replacement Notice: If you want to replace the cleaner, tell the Company 15-20 days in advance.
- Non-refundable Fee: The booking fee is not refundable.
- Legal Issues: The Company is not responsible for any legal problems that may come up later.
- Safety: You must make sure the cleaner is safe in your house.
- Documents: The Company keeps the original documents of the cleaner. They will give you photocopies for safety.
