Booking Fee: Rs 3,000 for a 6-month service period, or Rs 5,000 for a 1-year service period. The client pays the monthly salary and any applicable service charges directly to the Company at the end of each month.
Terms & Conditions
- Service Provider: Provided by the Elderly Care Department of Namaste Nepal Cleaning Services & Suppliers.
- Staff Training & Verification: All caregivers are trained, experienced, verified, and certified for elderly care services.
- Working Hours: As agreed in the service agreement; additional hours must be approved through the Company.
- Replacement Policy: Up to 4 replacements under a 1-year booking, or up to 2 under a 6-month booking, with 15–20 days’ advance notice.
- Trial Period: 7 days. If unsatisfied within this period, the Company provides a replacement within one week.
- Leave Policy: One weekly leave, unless otherwise agreed between both parties.
- Medical Emergencies: The client/guardian is informed immediately in case of emergency illness or accident during service hours.
- Confidentiality: Staff maintain client privacy regarding household and family matters.
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee: Booking fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.
- Client Responsibility: Clients must provide a safe, respectful, and healthy working environment for caregiver staff.
